THE FUTURE RESTAURANT
Patience... here, it's tinkering!
Our future restaurant is under construction and we hope to open its doors in 2027.
Well... we still have some work to do. Finally, "a little" is a way of talking... especially when it's still Jonathan and Laura who hold the tools!
Fortunately, Papa JR is always there to give us a hell of a hand... Without him, this beautiful adventure would simply not be possible!

Here is an overview of the final project
Jonathan, the Arcachonnais, and Laura, the Alsatian. Two regions, two courses, the same desire: to create much more than a restaurant. Today, we are proud to be Esclottais. This village welcomed us, we built our life project there and this is where we chose to bring our dreams to life. We imagined a peaceful place, where we take the time to meet, share a good meal and enjoy the present moment. A place where you feel good, like at home, for a break. Because in our eyes, a meal is not only what's on the plate... it's above all a moment to live.
